block for use in blinkie1

making those tiny blocks wasn t easy in photobie I used 13x13 black first layer grey about 12x12 second layer and a white layer in front arranging them first with grid and then used also location settings in layer palette

forgot to say make your new document somewhat bigger 25x25 and use zoomer to work more easily
